Customers accept full responsibility for operating their electric scooter in accordance with country and local laws. E bikes

Under current UK legislation, you can ride an electric bike if you’re 14 or over. Our electric bikes are classed as ‘electrically assisted pedal cycles’ (EAPCs). You do not need a licence to ride one and it does not need to be registered, taxed or insured. All risk and liability associated with the use of this e-bike is accepted by the customer, and Business Pond Ltd (trading as FlyRide) and its owners are held free from any liability caused directly or indirectly by its use.
